All Games Vendors shall comply with the State of California, Board of Equalization requirements for special events: PUBLICATION 111.
Vendors who have not provided a copy of a current sellers permit to CCSF will NOT be permitted to set up.

Food Vendors

Any vendor who sells food, whether meals or pre-packaged, shall comply with Alameda County Environmental Health Rules, Regulations and laws. Food vendors MUST have the following forms submitted to the proper agency and have a health certificate from Alameda County Environmental Health. If you do not have a health certificate from Alameda County Environmental Health upon check-in you will not be permitted to sell.
